Micah’s Place has opened their doors to their newly relocated Purple Dove Resale Store at 474311 SR 200, Fernandina Beach, FL (Amelia Market Shopping Center) on Friday, April 15, 2011.At the Ribbon Cutting ceremony, Shandra Riffey, Executive Director, Elaine Coats, Board of Directors President, Sue Bartholomae, Volunteer Coordinator of the Relocation, and the Purple Dove Staff cut the red ribbon and welcomed over 60 customers waiting to start their shopping. The Purple Dove Resale Center is open seven days a week.Donations are being accepted at the new location during business hours only.Donations of furniture are especially needed.We have a desperate need of essential furniture and household items so that survivors can embark on their new life in their safe home.Please call 904-261-5227 for free pick up of large household items.
