Micah's Place emergency shelter experienced a devastating fire in late 2008 but through the good support of the community, board and staff, and the coordination of Donna Lynne Custom Homes, the shelter reopened by the end of the year. To celebrate before participants moved in, faithful donors were allowed to briefly see the renovation at an open house.
