Parents and their children flocked to the annual 2007 Wal Mart Steakout, an event hosted by Micah's Place and the Nassau County Sheriff's Department. Wal Mart sponsored the event and graciously provided all of the delicious hotdogs, hamburgers, chips and drinks. THANK YOU WAL MART!
Afterward, winners of the 2007 Peace in the Home art contest held throughout the schools in Nassau County were honored with gift certificates donated by Wal Mart. Everyone learned more about domestic violence in observance of the month. click on pictures to enlarge them
